Why is freshness so important?
Because just like the bread, cheese, herbs, spices and all sorts of things we all buy, coffees and teas go stale over time. In the process they lose their delicious vibrant flavours and aromas, leaving them tasting dull, tired & lifeless. We are proud to say that every single bag of coffee we send to our customers is roasted to order, whether that’s a single 250g bag for home use or 15kg’s for a coffee shop. You will always see the exact roasting date on every bag of coffee and the date your tea was packed. We roast to perfection for every one of our customers. No wonder our fresh coffees and teas consistently earn 5 star reviews on TrustPilot!
WHAT WE'RE DRINKING
Blue Lady Tea
This is one of our gorgeous, new fresh loose leaf tea range and our most exotic. Open the bag and you get a hit of citrus and floral scents.
It's a very special Chinese black tea blend delicately infused with citrus flavours, lightly scented natural rose and marigold petals and mallow blossoms.
Lovers of Earl Grey might even swoon over this beautifully exotic, scented tea.

o fully appreciate the long traditions, the individual subtleties and the amazing flavours of tea you must have the best and we offer some of the finest teas available.
You'll love our full flavoured teas and infusions - you will easily taste the difference between our fresh teas and infusions and the wall of products on the supermarket shelves because they go stale over time and the flavours diminish and become dull.
FYI: there is evidence that tea has been drunk for thousands of years - originating in southwestern China before spreading to other southeast Asian countries and then, centuries later, tea came to Europe and eventually England. It was actually the English who started planting tea on a large scale in India.
Don't worry about brewing loose leaf teas and infusions - they are really simple to brew using a teapot or cafetière if you have one, a diffuser, a small sieve placed across the top of your cup or even just in the bottom of your cup.
